1) 根据订单信息，制作合同，整理客户和供应商信息；


2）根据订单完成信息，确认海空运等出运要求；


3）联系相关供应商，发送客户出运要求；


4）协调工厂以及货代，订舱，确认船运信息，审核和把控相关人员出口单证资料；


5）准备海空运清关单据，关注到港信息，及时提交客户所需清关资料；


6）单证归档，协调部门合作。


7）及时高效完成领导给与的各种其它任务性工作。
