岗位职责: 1、日常数据统计,报表制作(如客户订舱forecast统计,EIR打单量统计,daily booking量登记); Daily data statistics, report production (such as customer booking forecast statistics, EIR order quantity statistics, daily booking quantity registration); 2、航线日常相关事务的审核申请及报备(如化工品审核,危险品申请,运价报备等); Review and report daily related affairs of the airline (such as chemical review, hazardous material application, freight rate report, etc.); 3、协助销售维护客户关系,解答客户的疑问及解决相关问题(如部分CIF客户的协调和报价,FOB/BCO客户的订舱协调跟进); Assist sales in maintaining customer relationships, answering customer inquiries and resolving related issues (such as coordinating and quoting for some CIF customers, and coordinating and following up booking for FOB/BCO customers); 4、协助与总部/海外的日常沟通及问题解决; Assist in daily communication and problem-solving with headquarters/overseas; 5、其他trouble case处理。 Other trouble case processing. 职位要求: 1、大专(含)以上学历,英语CET-4(含)以上,航运、物流、贸易相关专业者优先; 2、3-5工作经验; 3、能熟练操作各类office软件; 4、性格开朗,善于沟通,抗压性强,具备较强的责任心和团队精神。
