Stay close to the market and understand the current positions and prices Handle inquiries from overseas agents and local customer, provide solutions and quotation as required Assist the operation department to book space according to overseas agent and shipper’s instructions Problem solving in a timely manner, handle disputes and complaints, negotiate and propose solutions Maintain overseas agents and local customers relationship new products promotion to customer and overseas agent. Handle and support for projects shipment and VIP customers Handle other tasks assigned by superiors and the company 保持了解市場仓位和价格情况处理海外代理及本地客户询价;根据要求提供方案 和报价选择協助操作部门根据海外代理指示和发货人托书订舱及时汇报问题給客户和业务,并处理争议和投诉等 ,协商并提出解决方案 对海外代理及本地客户进行维护保持与海外沟通 , 了解客户需求, 对优势产品进行海外推广项目及VIP客户的方案支持完成上级和公司交办的其他工作
Role & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with operation and Financial department to provide the best service to the customers 2. Daily communication with Overseas office and agent. 3. Settle problems with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions. 4. Customer visit & appointment once necessary. 5. Support Oversea office / Agent / Freehand clients on rate enquiry, provide the best logistics solution and prepare the quotation. Assist in reporting when necessary, other duties may be assigned. 6. Other tasks assigned by manager. Competency & Qualifications: 3-5 years related working experience in similar position. Strong communication both by written and oral English. Good command of MS-Office Team Work Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight; Problem Solove, Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions. Result Orientation, Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline. Good Relationship with Carriers is preferred.
