Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1.基于客户和业务需求，准确地寻找或开发出面料样品供客户确认。开发样包括针梭织面料、颜色样、印花S/O和相关的面料后整理工艺；
2.对面料开发样的工艺准确性、质量稳定性和价格合理性进行评估，确保面料能满足客户的质量标准，且具有批量生产大货的可行性；
3.对面料生产中潜在的风险进行评估并生成书面文件通知到客户、采购、跟单和IQC部门；
4.保持对国外业务团队和国内外面料供应商的高效沟通，及时解决开发过程中产生的品质、价格和交期等问题；
5.安排面料开发样的相关测试，对测试结果能否达到客户要求做出评判；
6.做好面料开发过程中各种样品的数据记录并归档，及时更新工作进度WIP和面料信息库；
7.为协作部门提供相关面料资料与技术支持；
8.公司安排的其它任务。

1.Source or develop fabric sample accurately based on customer’s request and the business needs. The sample could include knitted and woven fabric, lab dip, strike off and the other treatment process on fabric;
2.Evaluate on the technical accuracy, quality stability and price02rationality for the fabric developments, ensure it could meet the customer’s standard as well as the feasibility of the mass production;
3.Produce a potential risk assessment for the development fabric and inform to customer, purchasing team, merchandising team and IQC with a written document;
4.Maintain an effective communication with the overseas PD team and the domestic/international suppliers. Resolve the issues from quality, price and delivery in development process;
5.Proceed the relevant test for the development fabric, conduct the assessment for test result on whether it’s qualified to customer’s standard;
6.Record and archive the data of development samples, update the WIP and fabric database timely;
7.Provide fabric information and technical support to the cooperative departments;
8.Other tasks from the company.
Requirements/任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，纺织工程、轻化工程专业背景者优先；
2.纺织行业从业三年以上经验，具有针、梭织等面料的基础工艺知识，对面料品质、规格、颜色和手感能做出分析判断。有运动类面料开发经验者优先；
3.英语听说读写熟练，CET-4级，工作中能与国外总公司团队保持高效沟通；
4.思路清晰，具有较强的沟通和协调能力，能维护与各供应商的友好关系；
5.有一定的供应商资源，熟悉国内面料行业行情；
6.正直诚实，性格开朗，责任心强，具有较强的自我约束及抗压能力，灵活应变，良好的团队合作精神。

1.College degree or above, textile engineering or light chemical engineering is preferred;
2.Three years or above experience in textile industry with the basic technical knowledge about the knitted and woven fabric, be able to do a judgement on the fabric quality, spec, colour and hand feel. Active fabric’s experience is preferred;
3.Proficient in both oral and written English, CET 4 grade, be able to communicate efficiently with overseas HQ;
4.Have a clear mind, strong communication and coordination skills, be able to maintain friendly relations with suppliers;
5.Be familiar with the domestic fabric industry and supplier resource;
6.With the personal integrity and cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-restraint and ability to work under pressure, flexible adaptation and a good team worker are preferred.
