岗位职责：
1.负责车载充电器OBC等电动汽车车载功率转换模块的硬件开发；
Responsible for hardware development overall solution in electric vehicle power converter module.
2.保障硬件开发的各项工作满足项目进度的要求，包括原理设计、配合PCB layout、器件选型及备料，硬件功能调试及性能改善等；
Ensure hardware development to meet the requirements of the project schedule, including concept design, coordination with PCB layout, device selection and preparation, hardware functions debugging and performance improvement.
3.负责主电路的拓扑选择,控制环路计算与仿真。
Responsible for main circuit topology selection, control loop calculation and simulation.
4.负责产品功能安全、EMC、安规、效率、震动、散热等性能的持续改进。
Responsible for product features continuous improvement, such as safety, EMC, compliance, efficiency, vibration, thermal, etc.
5.负责关键元器件的设计、评估及参与供应商选择；
Responsible for key components design, assessment and participation in vendor selection.
6.始终关注该领域新技术新材料的应用，保证产品在质量，成本，可靠性功率密度方面具有竞争的优势；
Continuously check for new technology and material applications, and ensure the competitiveness of product in quality, cost and reliability.
7.与DSP软件组及机械组的技术配合；
Responsible for technical coordination with DSP software group and machinery group.
8.配合采购部门进行供应商选择、样品申请及物料请购；
Cooperate with purchasing department to select suppliers, apply for sample and require material.
9.主动向领导汇报硬件组相关工作及完成领导交待的临时任务。
Report to the leadership about hardware group working.
10.完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作；
Finish the job assigned by the leader.
11.遵守公司各项规章制度。
Obey to the company rules.
任职要求：
1.学历：大学本科或以上学历，自动控制,电力电子方向优先，也可考虑微电子相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in EE, power electronics is an advantage.
2.精通各种电源拓扑结构控制方法及仿真计算。能熟练应用Mathcad，LTpice等仿真软件。
Be good at power supply topology, and can use Mathcad, LTpice etc.
3.有一定的开关电源或OBC开发经验。
Have experience in OBC or switch power supply develop.
4.熟悉电力电子主被动元件，精通开闭环反馈控制技术，熟悉模拟及数字电子技术，熟悉微控制器，能用C语言进行实时软件模块编程，包括硬件底层软件及实时闭环控制策略；
Familiar with power electronics active and passive components, open and close loop feedback control technology, analog and digital electronic tech-nology, microcontrollers. Capable of real-time software module programming by C, including hardware underlying software and real-time closed-loop con-trol strategy.
5.其他要求：有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，具备较强的总结能力； 拥有较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，较强的责任感及进取精神； 热爱电源转换软件调试工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认真，有耐心；
Possess religious logic analysis, learning and synthesis capability. Good command of communication and interpersonal skills. Good team worker. Strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit. Deep love for power conver-sion software debugging, and able to demonstrate the desire to do a good job carefully and patiently.
6.PC操作能力:熟练应用办公自动化软件。熟练应用多种电源仿真工具，如SPICE、Saber和Mathlab等；
Familiar with OFFICE and various power simulation tools, such as SPICE, Sa-ber and Mathlab, etc.
7.其他要求：了解公司质量体系标准，熟悉与本职工作相关的质量体系标准和“V”开发模型。
Know quality system standard of company; Be familiar with quality system standard of own work and “V”model develop system.
