1.Responsibility the Human Resources and Administration management ;
2. HR Management: Hands-on experience in all-round areas including but not limit to supporting policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development;
3. design, control and implement HR procedures, and ensure all documents are up to date and legally compliant.
4. Collaborate with department heads on understanding talent needs, establishing talent pipeline, enhancing HC efficiency and improving team engagement.
5. Join the annual budget & forecast, responsible for managing HR&Admin budget. 6. Support GM on ad hoc tasks as required.
You are required to be:
1. Bachelor degree or above in HR., Phycology, English or business management.
7. Familiar with the 6 modules of human resource management process, familiar with the country, region and enterprise contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits and training policies;
8.Excellent organization , expression , judgment , quick-action ability and good professional ethics.
