Job Responsibilities ：
1、Continuously analyze key market drives and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing systems to produce significant, strategic results.
2、Create and implement sustainable sales & engineering team-based initiatives driving continuous improvement to meet and exceed sales goals.
3、Support new product development and modifications with engineering and technical support for design, process and validation functions, applying an outside in discipline.
4、 Manage the sales & engineering financial performance by directing and leading all aspects of the day-to day sales & engineering functions, short and long term sales & engineering achieves monthly and annual financial goals.
5、Develop pricing policies and direct major negotiations as needed, include the yearly price negotiation.
6、Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic sales & engineering reports.
