岗位职责：
1.负责电机FCT测试治具、设备的设计工作，包括原理图设计、PCB布局布线等。根据测试需求，选择合适的电子元器件，并设计合理的电路结构以满足测试要求。
Responsible for the design of motor FCT test fixtures and equipment, including schematic design, PCB layout and wiring. According to the test requirements, select the appropriate electronic components, and design a reasonable circuit structure to meet the test requirements.
2.参与制定电机FCT测试方案，包括测试目标、测试方法、测试步骤等。
Participate in the formulation of motor FCT test plan, including test objectives, test methods, test steps, etc.
3.评估测试成本，优化测试流程，提高测试效率。
Evaluate the test cost, optimize the test process, and improve the test efficiency.
4.负责测试硬件的调试工作，确保硬件能够正常运行并满足测试需求。对测试硬件进行验证，确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性。
Responsible for debugging of the test hardware to ensure that the hardware can run normally and meet the test requirements. Verify the test hardware to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
5.在测试过程中发现并解决硬件设计或测试过程中出现的问题。与其他工程师（如软件工程师、测试工程师）协作，共同解决跨领域的技术难题。
Find and solve problems in hardware design or testing during the testing process. Collaborate with other engineers (e.g. software engineers, test engineers) to solve cross-domain technical problems.
6.编写测试硬件的设计文档、测试报告，测试规格书，设计BOM等。
Write test hardware design documents, test reports, test specifications, design BOM, etc.
7.对部门内或跨部门的同事进行培训，完成领导安排的其他工作。
Conducted training for colleagues within the department or across departments, and completed other work arranged by the leader.

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，电子信息工程、电气工程等相关专业。
College degree or above, Electronic information engineering, electrical engineering or related majors.
2.拥有2年以上电子电气系统测试开发相关工作经验。
Have 2 years or above working experience in industry electronics & electric system test development.
3.熟练使用AD/CAD等绘图软件设计电路图及设计控制板。
Skilled use of AD/CAD etc drawing software to design circuit diagram and control board.
4.有C，C++编程经验者优先，可编写基本测试程序，可维护代码。
C, C++ programming experience is preferred, can write basic test programs, can maintain code.
5.熟悉常见的电气电子元器件特性，能够进行测试、控制系统设计选型。
Familiar with the characteristics of common electrical and electronic components, able to test, control system design and selection.
6.了解电机等产品测试技术和方法，熟悉测试设备的使用和维护，具备自动化测试设备的编程和调试能力。
Understand motor testing technology and methods, familiar with the use and maintenance of test equipment, and have the ability to program and debug automated test equipment.
7.熟悉并能够应用各种测试仪器，如示波器、滤波器、程控电源、信号处理器、烧录器，熟悉并能够应用测试系统硬件软件接口，如串口、并口、网络接口，API，服务器接口等。
Familiar with and able to apply a variety of test instruments, such as oscilloscope, filter, programmable power supply, signal processor, burner, familiar with and able to apply the test system hardware and software interfaces, such as serial port, parallel port, network interface, API, server interface, etc.
8.能够对测试数据进行处理和分析，提取有用信息以支持产品及生产工艺改进。具备较强的问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境中快速定位并解决问题。

9具备良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与设计、生产、工艺等部门有效沟通，共同推动项目进展。
