Key Responsibilities 关键职责 · Responsible for client product design and development, related technical exchanges, and pre-development of projects with clients. 负责客户端产品设计开发,相关技术交流,配合客户进行项目的前期开发工作。 · Assist OEMs to solve the technical problems encountered in the development and production process, and provide on-site technical support. 协助主机厂解决开发和生产过程中遇到的技术难题,提供现场技术支持。 · Communicate and coordinate with the relevant departments of OEMs to ensure the smooth progress of the work of both parties. 与主机厂的相关部门进行沟通协调,确保双方的工作顺利推进。 · Report the progress of work and problems encountered to the company on time, and seek support and assistance. 及时向公司总部汇报工作进展和遇到的问题,寻求支持和帮助。 · Maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction. 维护客户关系,提高客户满意度。 · Willing to travel, on site working at the customer's place (Nanjing, Wuhan, Ningde, etc.) 能接受出差,定点在客户处(南京,武汉,宁德等)。 · Others; 完成上级交代的其他工作; Job Requirements(Education / Qualifications and experience levels) 职位要求(教育/任职资格/经验水平) · Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or other related fields. 本科及以上学历,机械、电子、电气、汽车工程等相关专业。 · Some experience working in the automotive industry. 具备一定的汽车行业工作经验。 · Resident or on-site technical support experience preferred. 有驻厂或现场技术支持经验者优先。 · Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with relevant personnel from customers or OEMs. 具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力,能够与客户或主机厂的相关人员进行有效沟通。 · A team player with the ability to actively integrate into the team and work together to accomplish tasks. 具备团队合作精神,能够积极融入团队并共同完成任务。 · Skilled in using CATIA for product design. 能熟练应用CATIA进行产品设计。 · Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to take work seriously and accept responsibility. 具备较强的责任心和敬业精神,能够认真对待工作并承担责任。 · Able to adapt to the work style of resident on-site in OEM, and ability to handle stress. 能够适应常驻主机厂现场的工作方式,具备一定的抗压能力。
