Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for wiring harness engineering development.
2. Deal with the engineering issues during the whole vehicle life cycle.
3. Supporting wiring harness 3D math release, wiring harness assembly issues etc.
4. Customer vehicle build and Aptiv plant wiring harness build support onsite.
5. Execute DFMEA process and sensitive to design accuracy.
6. Responsible for wiring harness 2D prints generation and maintenance by CHS, Autocad, Vesys, etc.
7. Work closely with MCAD and system engineer, application engineer and plant team to manage design change implementation.
8. Responsible for DV (Design Validation) process, work with customer to get DVP aligned, and follow up DV test with test lab.

Key Competency Requirements:
1. B.S or above in mechanical/electrical engineering.
2. Proficiency of Chinese and workable English communication.
3. Strong teamwork capability.
4. Good time management skills and communication abilities with all levels of people.
5. Good organizational, coordination skills.
6. Willing to learn and develop strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in engineering development of vehicle component (preferred).
8. Experience 3 years in automotive industry (preferred).
