What you’ll do: Responsible for the complete process implementation of switchgear and on-site improvement of production line "1. Process design and optimization: Develop detailed assembly process flow and operation instructions based on product drawings and technical requirements. Optimize existing assembly processes to improve assembly efficiency and product quality. Participate in the trial production process of new products, plan the process to prepare for mass production. 2. Standardization and document management: Develop and maintain assembly process standards to ensure standardization and normalization of the assembly process. Compile and update technical documents and records related to assembly processes. 3. On site technical support and problem solving: Go deep into the production site, provide assembly technical support, and solve technical problems encountered during the assembly process. Assist the production department in solving process difficulties during assembly, improving production efficiency and product qualification rate. 4. Acceptance and management of equipment, fixtures, and jigs: Participate in the acceptance work of equipment, fixtures, jigs, etc. to ensure their suitability for actual production. Responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment, fixtures, and jigs to ensure they are in good condition. 5. Continuous improvement and innovation: Explore methods for on-site management and improvement, propose and implement improvement measures for assembly processes. Pay attention to the latest technology and process dynamics in the industry, and promote innovation and upgrading of assembly processes."
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field 3
Skills: "Proficient in assembly process design methods and tools, such as AUTO-CAD, Inventor, Creo and other design software. Strong analytical, hands-on, and communication skills.
