职位描述Job description:
1.开机时确认生产的开机参数并确保机器的防呆报警系统有效。
Confirm the production startup parameters and ensure the effectiveness of the machine's foolproof alarm system during startup.
2.负责首件检验、过程检验及按标准做好检验记录，并对检验结果负责。
Responsible for first article inspection, process inspection, and keeping inspection records according to standards, and responsible for the inspection results.
3.按照检验标准和抽样计划进行来料检验并保留记录，正确的标识仓库来料检验产品。
Conduct incoming inspection according to inspection standards and sampling plans, keep records, and correctly label warehouse incoming inspection products.
4.管理过程SPC，出现不合格品时及时的汇报和标识。
Manage process SPC，timely reporting and labeling of non-conforming products.
5.监督车间班长及员工的生产过程行为，如有违反程序/文件/指导书规定的可能造成质量问题的行为，予以指正和及时汇报，杜绝因此产生的质量风险；
Supervise the production process behavior, correct and report any violations in a timely manner, and eliminate quality risks arising.

Qualification 任职资格:
6.三年以上汽车零部件行业工作经验优先，优秀大中专毕业生亦可。
Associate degree with at least 3 years of work experience in the automotive parts industry, outstanding college graduates also
7.熟悉 IATF16949标准，能熟练使用相关质量工具。
Familiar with IATF16949 standard, and skilled in quality tools.
8. 能熟练的操作办公软件。
Good English in writing, reading. Skilled in office software.
9.工作认真负责，积极主动，组织沟通能力强。
Enthusiastic, proactive, strong organization and communication skills.
