I. Educational Background
61 Hold a bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field. A master's degree or above is preferred.

61 Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.
61 Be proficient in operating various types of LC-MS/MS instruments and related software.
61 Have the ability to develop and optimize LC-MS/MS application methods for different sample types and analysis requirements.

61 Be able to independently troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and analyze and solve problems in application processes.
61 Have strong experimental design and data analysis skills to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

61 Keep abreast of the latest developments in LC-MS/MS technology and be able to propose innovative application ideas and research directions.
61 Have the ability to carry out independent research and development projects to meet the diverse needs of customers.

1. 负责液质联用仪应用方法的开发与优化。
①根据不同的分析需求，开发适用于液质联用仪的分析方法，包括样品前处理、色谱分离条件、质谱参数设置等。
②对已有的应用方法进行优化，提高方法的灵敏度、选择性和准确性。
2. 协助客户解决液质联用仪应用中的技术问题。
①为客户提供液质联用仪的技术咨询和培训，帮助客户正确使用仪器和分析方法。
②对客户在使用液质联用仪过程中遇到的问题进行分析和解决，提供技术支持。
3. 参与液质联用仪相关项目的研发工作。
①配合研发团队开展液质联用仪新功能、新应用的研究开发，提高仪器的性能和应用范围。
②参与项目的实验设计、数据分析和报告撰写等工作。
4. 跟踪液质联用仪技术的发展动态。
关注国内外液质联用仪技术的最新进展，收集相关技术资料和文献，为公司的产品研发和技术创新提供参考。
二、任职要求：
1. 学历及专业：
本科及以上学历，化学、分析化学、药学、生物等相关专业。
2. 工作经验：
具有 2 年以上液质联用仪应用技术开发经验，有制药、生物医学、环境分析等领域工作经验者优先。
3. 专业技能：
①熟悉液质联用仪的工作原理和操作方法，能够独立进行仪器的安装、调试和维护。
②掌握色谱、质谱等分析技术，具备良好的实验设计和数据分析能力。
③熟练使用相关软件进行数据处理和报告撰写。
4. 能力素质：
①具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够不断掌握新的技术和方法。
②具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与客户和内部团队有效沟通和协作。
