61 Responsible for stamping mold change and debugging before production.
负责生产前的换模、调试工作。
61 Responsible for pre-production mold spot check and maintenance work.
负责生产前的模具点检和维保工作。
61 Formulate a comprehensive mold maintenance plan and execute maintenance work, regular maintenance and inspection of molds to ensure smooth production, and optimize the maintenance plan and spare parts plan according to the actual situation.
制定全面的模具维保计划并执行维保工作，定期对模具进行保养和检查，保证生产顺利进行，并根据检查情况优化维修保养计划和备件计划。
61 Supervise and guide operators to use the molds in accordance with operating procedures and relevant regulations, and assist in solving mold failures and product problems that occur in the stamping section of the production process.
监督、指导操作工按操作规程和相关规定对模具进行使用，协助解决生产过程中冲压环节出现的模具故障和产品问题。
61 Timely repair of mold failures to ensure that production is not affected.
对模具出现的故障进行及时维修，确保生产不受影响。
61 Provide technical support for the commissioning and installation of the mold to ensure the smooth operation of the commissioning work.
为模具的调试及安装提供技术支持，确保调试工作顺利运行。
61 Make original records of mold maintenance and spare parts consumption.
做好模具维护保养和备件消耗的原始记录。

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
61 Vocational secondary school or above, understand mechanical drawing (CAD).
中专以上学历,懂机械制图(CAD)。
61 5+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
5年以上工作经验，汽车行业经验优先。
61 Work conscientiously, carefully and responsibly.
工作认真、细心、有责任心。
61 Team player and self-manager.
