ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能:
1.监控销售需求变更，并指导生产计划，每月对销售需求变更原因进行统计与分析。 Monitor demand deviation, instruct and adjust production plan , analyze the root cause for demand changes. 2. 每周组织物料计划，生产计划确认总部交货清单 Weekly review orders and forecast from headquarter and feedback delivery date with reviewing material situation and keep the delivery on time. 3.参与生产计划会议，根据产能设置编制主计划。 Participate MPS meeting and generate master plan by considering capacity bottleneck. 4.主导各生产线生产计划活动。 Lead the production planning activity for production line assigned. 5. 主导实施正确的计划运营系统。 Lead the implementation of right scheduling operation system. 6.跟踪生产完成率。 Track production attainment. 7. 创建和维护生产和贸易件工单。 Create and maintain production orders for in-house production and trade parts. 8．跟踪成品库存。 Track finished goods inventory value . 9．识别客户需求变化，及时创建和更改实施计划。 Plan and implement demand change implementation plan . 10. 及时完成计划主管临时指派的任务。 Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.
