61 Maintain existing product certificate to ensure that the certificate is within its validity period. 61 Plan and Implement recertification to ensure all certificates being in valid 61 Lead the product certification for new projects or new markets. 61 Keep effective communication with certificate authority (Australia, MEA, American, etc.) with clear plan and outputs. 61 Work out certificate timing plan by working together with team from R & D, quality, production, etc. 61 Lead the testing samples on time preparation and delivery to test lab. 61 Coordinate with testing laboratory (domestic and international testing agencies) to ensure product tests be completed as planned. 61 Submit required documentations to certificate authority for final approval. 61 Work out annual budgets for product certification and cost management. 61 Performs all other duties from manager.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 61 3+ years of experience in product certificate for overseas. Experience with valve related product, or overseas certificate authority are preferable. 61 Be proactive and multiple tasks management skills. 61 Strong communication ability required internally and externally. 61 Good oral/verbal/written English communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and problem-solving abilities are required. 61 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
