Responsibilities 工作内容：
● Be responsible for analyzing the abnormal injection molding part and providing the related solving plan;
注塑件异常分析，提供相应解决方案
● Establish all the work instructions of the mold tooling department and improve the daily management of the mold tooling department;
制定注塑部门相关的各类工作指导书，规范改进注塑部门的日常管理工作
● Assist the management of the molding standby parts, and give related technical support.
协助模具备件的管理，并提供相关的技术支持

Qualifications 任职资格：
● College degree or above, major in mold/material is prefer
专科及以上学历，模具或材料专业优先考虑
● More than 5 years experience in injection molding, with certain management ability
5年以上注塑工作经验，有一定的管理能力
● Can adapt to long-term travel in the factory
能适应长期在工厂出差
●Strong communication skills, private industry experience is preferred
有很强的沟通交流能力，***有私企工作经验
