According to the company's annual strategic plan, prepare and review the manufacturing expense budget, and process control and analysis to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the expense.
● 负责月度制造成本的管理、监控、分析以及预警，同时负责本地工厂与海外工厂的对标分析，提供改善意见.
Responsible for monthly manufacturing cost management, monitoring, analysis and early warning, as well as local and overseas factory benchmarking analysis, provide improvement suggestions.
● 负责工厂绩效管理，并协助工厂完善管理体系.
Responsible for plant performance management and assist the plant to improve management system.
● 完成领导安排的其它工作;
Complete other work arranged by the leader.



岗位要求：Job Requirements:
85 Financial accounting major with Bachelor and above.
财务会计及同等专业，本科及以上学历
85 10+ years in controlling area thereof 3+ years in leadership position.
10年以上财务控制领域经验(其中3年以上管理经验)
85 Excellent knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
在制造产业内优秀的成本核算知识
85 Experience in handling SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
在制造型企业中SAP实施经验
85 Good command of both Chinese and English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
良好的中文/英文 听、说、读、写能力
