** 本岗位要求全英文沟通,Base宁波,3周/月出差 Targets and KPIs - Responsible for reporting on progress of Hoyer07s QEHS policies and KPIs / PIs for Asia. - Ensure that Hoyer's quality goals and policies meet the company's requirements in Asia - requirements appearing from the Hoyer strategy, vision, mission and external parties. - Enforce Supplier Quality Agreement at strategic Chinese suppliers.
Management system IMS - Ensure that Hoyer07s Management system IMS is continuously developed and maintained according to Hoyer07s strategy & policies in Asia, KPI07s, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, legal requirements and customer requests. Extend towards compliance with ISO 45001: 2018 and OHSAS 18001. - Ensure that Hoyer's QEHS goals and policies, meet the company's requirements in Asia.
Quality Control - Ensure that Hoyer’s Product Specifications, Quality Control Plans and Quality standards are followed in Asian suppliers by establishing a quality setup at the factories for controlling products and processes quality; - Monitor engagement of Asian suppliers’ on responding to audits findings with reaction plans; - Define and maintain quality control plans at Hoyer operations in China – from inbound to production and outbound inspections.
Non-Conformities Handling and Continuous Improvement in Asia - Ensure timely and effective handling of customer non-conformances (NCs) by establishing and developing resources to meet customer expectations on 8Ds answering time and reports quality; - Manage non-conformance costs by issuing credit notes to customers and deductions to suppliers - Promote continuous improvement of OEM factories processes.
Audits in Asia - Represent and follow up on findings for customer audits (requested by Sales) - Coordinate the execution of internal and supplier audits with QA&HSE engineers in Asia.
People Management - Identify necessity of skills development and implement training/development plans. - Support Global QEHS Manager to promote yearly salary review of Quality team members, hire and terminate contracts according to the PDR, company’s budget and strategy.
