Responsibilities:
- Develop test plan and arrange sample to third party for test quotation
- Lead and monitor test process with 3rd party labs
- Lead corrective action process with suppliers and monitor execution effectively
- Responsible for product review at pre-production stage to ensure product safety to meet UK and other EU countries requirements
- Support internal stakeholders to resolve quality related issues
- Coordinate with suppliers to investigate and resolve quality inquiries
- Work with peers in UK for product test and product quality
- Follow up Ad-hoc task assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical knowledge on Toys, Seasonal item and Hardline product UK or EU markets
- QA knowledge on cracker item for EU and UK market is a plus
- Knowledge in EU regulations, e.g., REACH, GPSD
- Knowledge in EC type examination, CE approval and UKCA is a plus
- Degree holder with min. 2 years working experiences in sourcing and/or buying office
- Experiences in coordinating with factories on problem solving and/or corrective actions would be an advantage
- Experiences in working and monitoring 3rd party labs of different regions
- Work independently, detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skill and self-motivated
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Travel may require up to 20%
