Order Processing: -Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. -Enter orders into the company's ERP or order management system. -Communicate order confirmations and预计交货时间 (ETDs) to customers.
Order Tracking & Follow-Up: -Monitor the production and shipping status of orders in real-time using internal systems and external vendor platforms. -Liaise with production departments and suppliers to address delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns promptly. -Update order statuses in the system and inform customers of any changes or delays.
Customer Communication: -Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping information, and invoicing. -Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions, ensuring positive customer experiences. -Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Documentation & Reporting: -Prepare and maintain accurate order records, including shipping documents, invoices, and other pertinent files. -Generate and analyze order performance reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: -Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline order processing and tracking workflows. -Stay informed about industry best practices and technologies that can enhance order management efficiency.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. CET 6 or TEM 4 and above
