1. Quickly respond customers/agents inquiries with possible solutions. 快速响应国外的询问/询价; 2. Send booking advice to overseas/ sales for approval 接受托书并发送给相关代理/部门确认出运事宜; 3. Make bookings to pointed booking agents/ carriers. 按照确认的信息订舱; 4. Check and confirm booking statues. If any problems, update to overseas/ related colleagues promptly; 与船东确认舱位并关注放舱情况,如有变动,及时通知代理/销售人员; 5. Release SO to shipper, and follow all related process, such as trucking, customs clearance, document checking etc.; 放舱给发货人,并跟进相关事项,如报关,拖卡, 提单核对,制作费用等; 6. Send full pre-alerts and D/N to overseas after vessel departure 船开后发文件及账单给国外;
任职要求: 1. College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade, English or relevant.
本科及以上学历,国际物流/贸易/英语专业为佳;特别优秀者可放宽学历至大专
2. At least 3 years experience in Logistics, forwarding. Working experience as routing order customs service is preferred;
3年以上的货代相关工作经验,指定货海运客服经验尤佳;
3. CET-4 or above. Good at written & spoken is preferred.
大学英语4级以上,书写与口语流畅者优先录取.
4. Good communication skills, strong coordination ability;
良好的沟通技巧以及协调能力;
5. Strong initiative and team spirit. 工作主动,有很强的团队合作精神;
