1. Source & develop new fabrics based on Brand & Business Unit Requirements. 2. Ensure fabrics meet brand's expectations in terms of quality, price and leadtime. 3. Day to Day coordinate the development status with designer, R&D, fabric developers across Herzo/HK/Boston/Branch offices on seasonal developments. 4. Ensure seasonal sampling requirements of materials are fulfilled in time and in right quality. 5. Eyes on quality. Understand Puma standard and attend Risk assessment with R&D/production/QA team. Pro-active alert any potential quality to R&D team. 6. Fabric costing negotiate with suppliers to meet target FOB. 7. Responsible for lab-dips, strike offs and 1st bulk, managing color matching & alignment during development stage. 8. Maintain Ningbo office fabric library & colour standard library.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor of dyeing or textile. 2. At least 5 years working experience in fabric or textile related. 3. Experience in knit fabric & all over printing is highly preferred. 4. Good communication skills, customer focus, ability to connect with different stake holder internal and external. 5. Good command of English reading, writing and speaking.
