我们正在寻找一位在航运、无船承运人和货运业务方面拥有丰富专业知识的操作主管。理想的候选人应具有货物处理、进出口流程以及准备必要文件方面的实际经验。该职位在中国重庆、上海、青岛和宁波工作，为充满活力的行业提供成长机会。
主要职责：
61 处理端到端的运输流程，包括货物处理、出口和进口协调。
61 确保及时准确地签发提单、报关单和其他所需文件等运输文件。
61 与内部团队、供应商和客户密切合作，确保无缝物流运营。
61 监督货物运输并确保遵守国际航运法规。
61 监控货物运输，解决任何操作问题，并跟踪货物进度，以确保及时交付。
61 与海关和监管机构联络，确保进出口手续顺利进行。

要求：
61 至少拥有 2 年航运、货运代理或无船承运人 (NVOCC) 运营经验（理想情况下为 5 年）。
61 对出口、进口、货物处理和运输文件有深入的了解。
61 熟悉国际航运法规和海关流程。
61 高度注重细节，并能够在快节奏的环境中承受压力地工作。
61 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
61 必须居住在中国宁波，或愿意搬迁。
61 熟练掌握普通话和英语者优先。

Key Responsibilities:
61 Handle the end-to-end shipping process, including cargo handling, export, and import coordination.
61 Ensure timely and accurate issuance of shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork.
61 Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless logistics operations.
61 Oversee the movement of cargo and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
61 Monitor shipments, resolve any operational issues, and track cargo progress to ensure timely delivery.
61 Liaise with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth import and export procedures.

Requirements:
61 Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or NVOCC operations (ideally 5 years of experience).
61 Solid understanding of export, import, cargo handling, and shipping documentation.
61 Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs processes.
61 Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Must reside in Ningbo, China, or be willing to relocate.
61 Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
