Mission
Your mission is to develop new and important customers or sub-segment, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory or segment.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market or sub-segment, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
61 Aggressively exploit the responsible to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
61 Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
61 Actively promote new products and automation solutions based on customer needs.
61 Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
61 Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
61 Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction.
61 Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue.
61 Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs.
61 Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
61 Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
61 Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.


任务职责包括但不限于:
61 对负责区域的市场或细分市场进行 SWOT 分析,收集有关竞争、潜在市场容量、当前市场份额和客户反馈的信息
61 积极开发所负责区域,寻找新的目标客户和新的销售机会
61 计划和组织销售活动,如演示、研讨会、巡线、生产线审核、解决方案介绍等,以了解客户需求,将机会转化为订单
61 结合客户需求,积极进行新产品和自动化方案的推广
61 在客户项目中与客户和项目团队合作,收集客户需求,分析应用并提供解决方案,以满足客户价值
61 在市场活动和市场分析中与市场部团队合作
61 与服务部和项目团队合作,实现客户满意度
61 与财务团队合作,改善应收账款和逾期账款的情况
61 建立、维护、扩大和加强与客户、分销商和线体商的良好关系
61 寻找、选择、发展和管理分销商(如适用)
61 在 Salesforce 系统中及时准确地报告
61 不断提高工作所需的能力和行为


Education & Experience
61 University degree or above with engineering background
61 At least 5 years working experience as sales
61 Industrial/machinery industry background is required
61 Premium brands selling experience is required


Knowledge & Skills
61 Mechanical or electrical knowledge
61 Key account management or segment development skills
61 Presentation skills
61 Negotiation skills
61 Interpersonal skills
61 PC skill is a must.
61 Good English skill both in reading & written, spoken is plus.
