Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Establish testing requirement for new product to meet legislation. 2. Calculate testing cost for Sourcing and Merchandising Team. 3. Review and agree new product testing requirement with customer. Negotiate for non-legislative testing requirement to minimize risk and testing cost. 4. Apply and submit testing samples to assigned testing lab to meet order critical path. 5. Submit testing report directly to customer in a professional manner base on order critical path. 6. In case of testing failure, work with Order Coordinator & vendor to get re-test sample and ensure vendor scrap failed material with new material in production. 7. Control and minimize testing cost. 8. Form filling, any forms relating to Ingredient List, MSDS, BOM, Declarations and LG, and upload technical or lab testing report to customer nominated system. 9. Double check and approve packaging and IM safety warning. 10. Complete customer specific testing requirement and/or legislative test if customer required test is not available) on Selection Confirmation for sourcing team. 11. Responsible for customer communication related to QA issues. 12. Read customer requirement/manual and provide training to SP, PE, OC, QC for better understanding and implementation.
