职责描述:
Job Description
1. 协助海外财务部总监建立和落实海外公司财务管理制度；
Assist the Director of Overseas Finance in establishing and implementing financial management systems for overseas companies;
2. 负责境外分子公司日常会计核算和财务管理工作；
Responsible for daily accounting and financial management of overseas subsidiaries;
3. 负责境外分子公司应收应付的监管；
Responsible for the supervision of accounts receivable and payable of overseas subsidiaries;
4. 根据上市公司信息披露要求，编制合并基础的财务报表；
Prepare consolidated financial statements based on information disclosure requirements of listed companies；
5. 负责海外分子公司财务部与集团财务管理中心及集团总部的对接；
Responsible for coordinating the finance department of overseas subsidiaries with the group's financial management center and headquarters；
6. 参与公司海外业务重要经营活动的分析，为业务开展提供财务支持；
Participate in the analysis of important overseas business activities of the company and provide financial support for business development；
7. 贯彻执行海外公司内部控制制度，有效控制海外公司经营过程中的风险；
Implement the internal control system of overseas companies and effectively control risks in the operation process of overseas companies；
8. 根据当地税务、工商等要求，确保企业合规运营。
Ensure compliance in business operations according to local tax, business and other requirements。
任职资格:
Requirement
1.本科以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, or related fields；
2.3年以上财务相关工作，2年以上制造业同等职位工作经验优先；
More than 3 years of financial related work experience, and 2 years of equivalent work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred；
2.具有中级职称或CPA/ACCA资格证书优先；
Priority given to intermediate professional title or CPA/ACCA qualification certificate；
3.熟悉国际会计准则，了解海外财经法律法规和税法政策（美国）；
Familiar with international accounting standards, familiar with overseas financial laws, regulations, and tax policies (in the United States)；
4.英语CET-6及以上，能作为工作语言；
English CET-6 or above, able to serve as the working language；
5.在美国的中国华人，持有签证或绿卡优先考虑。
Chinese in the United States, holding a visa or green card is preferred.
