Job Responsibilities: To develop a short and long term go-to-market strategy for a particular account for the accounts. Build and maintain high level business relationship with strategic customer/account through systematic activities. Responsible for crisis management with strategic customer and able to rebuild the business and relationship. To prioritize and plan the overall focus and sales activities based on the market knowledge and the yearly sales target of the individual, segmenting the customer portfolio and achieve business target. To increase account team productivity while providing measurable customer value. Influencing politically powerful people on the customer side and cultivating strong relationships with them. Able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of key relationships, develop customer needs, maintain accounts management, well handling crisis. Job Requirements: Degree in mechanical engineering degree with 8 years and above working experience. A proven track record dealing with the bearing platform will be preferred. Solid knowledge of the Metal Industry and the product lines. Strong communication and negotiation skill, good in influence and convincing. Strong presentation skill. Rich experience in account management and commercial practice. Good in English.
