WHO YOU ARE
Education level: higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度). Being good at leading, oral and writing skills, communication, and solving problems (良好的领导能力，口头和书面表达能力，沟通能力，解决问题能力). Being integrity and positive (为人正直，积极向上). Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retail industry (在OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验). Retail Rep (junior):No working experience required, but medical/clinic education background is preferred (无需工作经历，医疗教育背景优先). Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore management (至少一年，***管理过100家药店). Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retail sales function (至少三年零售销售经验). Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retail sales function (至少四年零售销售经验).
