Position Summary
83 To solve the VCT problem after SOP and continue to improve and enhance VCT system mass producibility
83 Able to deal with the VCT system design and development, analysis and calculation, sample production and system performance confirmation and problem solving
83 Experience in mass production development of VCT system is preferred
83 Experience in OEMS engine design is preferred

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
83 Proficient in VCT system and component status information, able to independently write technical documents
83 Master the engine development process and VCT technical key points, can independently complete VCT system parts supplier technical communication, sample manufacturing, 2D/3D data analysis and other work
83 Master VCT test projects, able to cooperate with the test department to complete the engine level, system level DVPR verification support, approval and other work
83 Familiar with VCT industry mainstream technology implementation. Ability to carry out technical feasibility analysis of newly developed models
83 Master the method of potential failure mode analysis, and be able to propose preventive measures and detection means for potential failure analysis in DFMEA
83 Proficient in quality problem analysis methods including 8D, red-X, etc., familiar with engine design and development process, able to analyze and solve quality problems of simple products
83 Proficient in CAD、Pro/e、UG software

Requirements / Qualifications
83 Bachelor degree or above
83 Good communication skills in English
83 More than 5 years in the automotive industry
