Role:
As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new products, from conception through to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and manufacturing, to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily assignments:
61 Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, including creating 3D models, drawings, and specifications.
61 Conduct research on new materials, components, and technologies to improve product performance and quality.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Application, Industrial, Workshop, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
61 Perform product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
61 Create and maintain product documentation, including bills of materials, engineering change orders, and product manuals.
61 Work with vendors and suppliers to source components and materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain supplier relationships.
61 Identify and troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues and propose solutions to improve product quality and reliability.
61 Assist with product marketing and sales by providing technical support and product training to customers and sales teams.
61 Implement and maintain of Technical Systems within the ERP, such as Electrical data module, Mechanical data module, Configurator, Rebuilding groups, and product constrains.
61 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry engineers and designers.

Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
61 8+ years of experience in product engineering or product development.
61 Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/Autocad preferred).
61 Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties.
61 Experience with product testing and validation, including writing test plans and creating test fixtures.
61 Expertise in product development processes, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
61 Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
61 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
61 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
61 Knowledge of product regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
