Key duties:· Monitor EDI quality and inventory update.· Arrange customs declaration and empty distribution.· Proceed empty on/off hire and new build delivery.· Arrange empty repositioning to inland ports per sales forecast and principal approval.· Prepare and coordinate with depot on empty release.· Arrange CCA/transshipment connection.· Update container move and prepare DTX/LOAD/DISCHARGE list.· Prepare various equipment reports.· Update system on free time extension and notify state agent.· Follow instruction and deal with emergency.· Monitor and evaluate on the services provided by subcontractors.· Handle queries from customers, Principals and internal departments regarding Equipment Control.· Prepare related documents / reports to concerned parties regarding Equipment Control.· Perform document control for quality check.· Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies.· Assist in carrying out, enforce and monitor container repair and equipment controlJob requirements:· University graduate, major in Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related is preferred· Freshmen is acceptable· Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure· Be proficient in MS Office· Basic command of English (CET4 or above)
