【工作内容】
1.根据客户标准和需求分析测试需求，协助销售和研发完成风险评估；
Analysis test requirement according to customer requirement and standards, support sales and R&D to evaluate the project risk.
2.根据产品开发计划制定测试计划，规划人员和设备资源，协调内外实验室机构；
Create test schedule according to product development schedule, reserve enough resources, coordinate with internal and external lab.
3.根据系统需求独立编制测试规范和测试用例，设计测试负载，执行系统黑盒测试、集成测试、回归测试；
According to system requirement, design test specification and test cases, design load box, perform black test, integration test and regression test.
4.搭建HIL自动化测试台架，编写脚本，实现HIL测试、精度测试、标定测试；
Build HIL automatic rack, write scripting, implement HIL test, accuracy test and calibration test.
5.根据功能安全标准26262和安全设计目标编写功能安全测试用例，手动和自动化执行测试。
According to functional safety standard ISO26262 and safety goal, create FUSI test cases.

【任职要求】
1. 熟悉嵌入式软硬件基础知识，熟悉模电数电基础知识；
Familiar with embeded software/hardware basic knowledge, familiar with basic electrical knowledge.
2.熟练运用CANoe、CANape，熟悉一种HIL软件架构，熟悉Doors或其它需求管理以及问题追踪软件；
Capable to use CANoe and CANape, familiar with one type of HIL software structure, familiar with Doors or other relevant tools.
3. 较强的沟通协调能力、分析能力和产品/项目管理能力；
Good communication skill, high capability of issue analysis and product management.
4. 有强烈的责任感，善于团队合作，有吃苦耐劳的精神；
Strong sense of responsibility, good team-work, hardworking.
