Position Summary > The customer service planner is mainly responsible for directly contacting with customers and making tracking and analysis of customer forecast and actual shipment.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities > Understanding Customer Requirements & Forecast, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept. and direct contact with customers; make tracking and analysis of customer forecast & actual shipment. > Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with customer, to follow up customer demand & rolling forecast and then pass to master planner for MRP input and production planner for production planning. > Keep 100% OTD to customers and 0 shutdown because of personal fault and good inventory control same time (ship right parts to right customers in right time with right quantity). > Coordinate between customers and internal planning to ensure meeting customer demand, and pass Effective and useful information to related dept. such as customer demand change, invoice information, new project launch and so on. > In charge of 3rd party warehouse business which related to some customers, such as ensure getting correct inventory report from 3PL, make physical inventory match our system data. > Ensure invoice timely which contain check invoice quantity with customer timely and make invoice in system timely to ensure sales sum. > Logistics Cost Savings on Outbound delivery to Customer, and Control Premium Freight and identify situations where the premium is caused by customer > Work with Logistics and Warehouse dept. to establish and maintain the continued improvement systems.
Requirements / Qualifications > Education: Bachelor Degree > Working experience as Shipping planning & Control is perferred > Knowledge in international trade & trade terms, purchasing, IATF 16949 > Good communication skill and problem-solving skill. > Computer Skill: Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Power BI, etc. Skilled in use of SAP R3 or other ERP system preferred. > Fluent English. > Responsible, action oriented, drive for results. > Good interpersonal and team working skills
