The Opportunity
We are seeking English-native Mechanical/Mold Design graduates to join our elite 18-month rotational training program. You’ll transition from technical foundations to leadership roles as Project Manager or Account Manager in North America.
What You’ll Do
- Master product lifecycle management under mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with global teams on North American client projects.
- Develop cross-functional skills in project coordination, client negotiation, and strategic planning.
Who We Want
- Recent graduate (2025-2026) in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design, or related fields.
- Native English proficiency; Mandarinis a plus.
- Passion for client engagement and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Mobility to relocate to North America post-training.
