Jula Asia is now looking for a Sourcer Indirect Purchase - Asia to our Asia Innovation Center in Ningbo
Main Responsibility Responsible for all Indirect Purchase supplier management and all Indirect Purchase product sourcing and development, within Indirect Purchase product categories, to the European market. 1. Close collaboration with the Indirect Purchase department to complete the sourcing tasks on time. 2. Manage existing suppliers and continue to source new manufacturers to optimize supplier base. 3. Responsible for all negotiations include price, payment terms, MOQ and lead times to obtain the best terms and service from suppliers. 4. Be able to calculate the product with land cost incl. optimal load ability and freight cost. 5. Ensure always keep your Line Managers updated on all critical or potential critical cases in own department and in general.
Professional Skills: 1. Commercial profile who always think optimizing and cost savings into all tasks, and with a positive result for the company in mind. 2. Rich experience in Indirect Purchase souring field, have overall supplier base and mapping in Asia marked. 3. Wide knowledge of Indirect Purchase for a DIY retailer and primarily Shop equipment categories to the European market. 4. Familiar with manufacturing industries and the environment of factories. 5. Distinctly and strong negotiation and retention abilities 6. A winning type that ensures that the team preforms according to the set KPI and expectations in general. 7. Good at time management and ensure compliance with agreements and deadlines. 8. Good English communicative skills in both verbal and writing. 9. Can work efficiently and cross-functionally between different departments and companies.
Background: 1. University graduate or above (master's degree in international Trade). 2. Relevant experience in International Sourcing and Indirect Purchasing. 3. 3-5 Years experience in Shop Equipment product (ex. store fixtures, staff room furniture, shop office furniture, store lighting, shopping carts, checkout lines, store floors, facade signage and lighting, electronic price labels etc.) to the European retail marked. 4. Experience in Store staff uniform and warehouse staff working clothing product is a plus but not mandatory.
