供应链管理：从公司现有中国供应商采购液压组件，确保价格、质量、交期最优。
Supply Chain Management: Procure hydraulic components from existing Chinese suppliers, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery.
税务与退税处理：负责出口退税操作及合规，***化公司税务效率。
Tax and Refund Handling: Manage export tax refund operations and ensure compliance.
物流运营管理：协调货物集货、验货、报关及运输直至交付印度工厂，确保发货及时准确。
Logistics Operations: Coordinate consolidation, inspection, customs clearance and shipment to Indian factory, ensuring timely delivery.
采购成本控制：主导与工厂/货代议价，降低成本、提高采购效率。
Cost Control: Lead price negotiations with factories/freight forwarders to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
系统与流程对接：与印度采购团队保持实时沟通，及时同步订单进度与问题解决。
Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination with the Indian procurement team.
文件合规与申报：确保出口文件（发票、装箱单、原产地证、报关单等）无误，符合法规。
Documentation: Ensure accuracy and compliance in all export documentation.
供应商与客户沟通：维护与关键供应商和货代的良好关系，确保持续合作与服务质量。
Vendor & Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and freight forwarders.
团队支持：协助中国办公室的日常行政及运营协作工作。
Team Support: Assist in administrative and operational tasks in the China office.
任职要求 / Requirements
3年以上国际贸易或进出口相关经验，了解中国出口退税流程。
Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, with knowledge of China's export tax refund process.
熟悉宁波港操作流程及本地制造生态圈。
Familiar with Ningbo port operations and local manufacturing ecosystem.
熟悉国际贸易术语（FOB, CIF, DDP等）及进出口单证。
Well-versed in Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and export documentation.
熟悉中国出口退税、外汇结汇等操作流程。
Familiar with China's export refund and foreign exchange processes.
熟练使用 Excel、ERP、邮件系统等办公工具。
Proficient in Excel, ERP, and email systems.
中英文流利，能与印度采购和第三国客户顺畅沟通。
Fluent in Chinese and English; able to communicate with Indian procurement and global customers.
责任心强，抗压能力好，具备独立工作与协调能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and independently.

采购成本节省：每季度采购均价对比目标节省 3–5%。
Cost Saving: Achieve 3–5% cost saving per quarter compared to target rates.
交付及时率：确保每月出口订单 95% 以上按时出运。
On-Time Delivery: Ensure over 95% of monthly export shipments are dispatched on time.
退税准确率与周期：退税资料准确无误，提交后30天内完成退税流程。
Tax Refund: Submit accurate documents and complete refund process within 30 days.
质量问题率：与供应商协作，确保产品合格率98%以上。
Quality Assurance: Maintain product acceptance rate above 98% in collaboration with suppliers.
库存周转率：协助优化宁波出货库存周转率在45天以内。
Inventory Turnover: Keep Ningbo stock turnover within 45 days.
供应商满意度：季度性沟通评估，保持90%满意度以上。
Supplier Satisfaction: Maintain >90% satisfaction through quarterly evaluations.
