Level of education & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related.
Excellent understanding chemicals industry financial, cost structure, and business process.
10+ years of relevant working experience with multinational companies or joint ventures on financial analysis or controlling areas.
Full fluency in English

Outstanding analytical capabilities and business understanding
Advance numeracy, accuracy and excellent attention to details
Excellent spreadsheeting skill
SAP FI/CO, BPC experience
Commercial acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
