Primary Duties and Responsibilities
61 Focus on monitoring the production process at partner. The incumbent will also be responsible for problem-solving, applying their technical knowledge and experience to address any quality issue.
61 Offer color matching support
61 New product qualification in cooperation with partner
61 Responsible key customer on site audit for partner. Based on the specific requirements and expectations of our most important clients.
61 As communicate channel for quality problem between Global Aptar and partner;
61 Support customer complaint investigate and follow up corrective action effective.
61 Outgoing inspection for finish and semi-product.
61 Other tasks assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background.
61 At least 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years QC or QE team management experience in manufacturing company.
61 Strong problem-solving skill and Good learning skills.
61 Be master at quality control tools, such as SPC, PFMEA.
61 Good communication, sensitive, active, conscientious.
61 Quality management mindset.
61 Fluent proficiency in English.
