岗位要求 1、本科以上学历,至少5年以上的物流解决方案的销售经验 2、熟悉国际货代市场,国际运输行业操作模式 3、具有良好的销售渠道及客户开发能力,具备独立工作和解决问题的能力 4、优秀的谈判者,具有良好的过往销售业绩记录 5、精通MS应用(Excel, Word, PPT),优秀的沟通和人际交往能力 6、良好的英语书面和口语能力强 This role will be responsible for the growth of sales revenue for the country by developing leads through direct engagement with potential customers, Channel/ Partner development and engagement with various business communities. Responsibilities 1、Responsible for meeting/exceeding the company's sales target by developing new business opportunities for the company 2、Contributes to the development of business development strategies and annual business development plans for specific markets in order to meet business objectives and revenue targets 3、Manages, maintains, and expands existing client relationships while also acquiring new ones.provide customised cargo service solution to the clients. 4、Required to work in support with other functions in order to provide the country sales force with the most updated sales materials, best-demonstrated practices and unique solution offerings. 5、Lead sales team to achieve agreed KPIs Requirement: 1、Bechalor's degree or equivalent , minimum 5 years of consultative/solution-based sales experience 2、Experienced in global cargo forwarding and Logistics industry, familiar with the ralevant operations 3、Self-dependent, entrepreneurial, goal-orientated, and accurate way to work across with multi-cultural and functional teams. 4、Excellent negotiator with proven track record to close deal and win new business. 5、Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6、Good command of written and spoken English
