Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement corporate LEAN tools and programs
2. Prepare organization for LEAN Audits
3. Deliver LEAN / CI projects having significant positive impact on Operating results (P&L)
4. Implement and report all LEAN / CI projects
5. Prepare and attend LEAN Quarterly call with LEAN Corp. Management Team
6. Actively participate in monthly / weekly LPMS-3 (shop Floor Management) meetings.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Develop and keep up-to-date work instructions, procedures and best practices.
2. Sponsor and report all LEAN / CI projects

Qualifications
1. Professional Experience
2. University （Bachelor） Degree；Major in IE
3. 4 to 6 years experience in a similar role

Specific Knowledge:
1. English (Fluent in oral and written)
2. LEAN Green Belt Training
3. 6 Sigma Yellow Belt
4. Basic VSM knowledge
