- Provide administrative support for the sales team/branch manager, including scheduling sales meetings, preparing sales collateral, and developing and streamlining comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients. - Reach out to potential customers to qualify and process sales leads, and follow up with clients as directed by the company. - Maintain customer tariff records and manage necessary administrative tasks, including rate adjustments and scheduling. - Generate and distribute reports (both internal and external) as assigned by management. - Prepare quotations in accordance with the company's pricing policy. - Respond to rate requests from overseas clients and generate Service Level (SL) agreements for the assigned sales representatives.
Key Qualifications: - College Degree or above - Experience of freight forwarding and logistics industry, 2-3 years of freight forwarding experience on operations, or custom service, or sales support - Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc. - Good spoken and written English - Good communication skills and coordination capabilities - Immediate available is preferred
