Key duties: 61 The Customer Service department is to provide customers with before-sales and after-sales service. 61 To ensure correct booking acceptance and handle freight related issue. 61 To draft various notice as per company policy and relevant law/regulation. 61 Handle various inquiries (tracking, schedule, port restrictions…) from customers. 61 Handle various special request (changing of destination, SWB application, hold the cargo at t/s port…) with related parties. 61 To prepare freight list & SSE filing.
Job requirements: 61 University graduate, major in Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related is preferred 61 Freshmen is acceptable 61 Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills 61 Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure 61 Be proficient in MS Office 61 Basic command of English (CET4 or above) 61 Be fluent in Mandarin and English
