1,Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment in the SMT workshop production line, including but not limited to printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and wave soldering machines. 2,Proficient in the debugging, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment, capable of independently troubleshooting and repairing to ensure the stable operation of equipment. 3,Experience with PCBA upstream processes, especially the etching of PCB boards, and able to guide and optimize the upstream process. 4,Comprehensive understanding of the SMT production process, capable of adjusting and optimizing equipment parameters based on production needs. 5,Able to manage and execute regular maintenance plans for equipment, proactively identifying potential issues and taking preventive measures., 6,Responsible for the introduction of new equipment and the upgrading of existing equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality. 7,Familiar with SMT-related software, capable of modifying programs to adapt to production changes. Work closely with the production, quality, and engineering teams to collaboratively resolve technical issues during production., 8,Responsible for training technical and operational personnel to enhance the overall technical capability and operational level of the team. Arrange equipment maintenance and servicing work according to the production plan to maximize effective running time of the equipment. 9,At least 3 years of relevant equipment maintenance and management experience in the SMT industry. 10,Monitor and control costs related to equipment, continuously seeking maintenance and improvement solutions with the highest cost-benefit ratio. 11,Responsible for ongoing improvement activities for the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of the SMT workshop, ensuring it meets or exceeds standards. 12,Complete other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
