1、依据公司目标,产品工艺要求及产能的需求规划光刻工艺产线的机台种类及数量；
2、根据产品的工艺要求评估及决定合适的光学曝光条件，光刻胶，chemical及其他耗材；
3、跨部门计划协调与合作, 共同解决问题及良率提升,达到公司营运目标；
4、新制程导入机台及制程评估与执行计划管理；
5、与设备及原料供货商合作，改善与提升技术质量,并降低成本。


办公地点：青岛


Job Descriptions:
1.Planning the types and quantities of lithography machines according to the company's objectives, product process requirements and production capacity requirements;
2.Evaluate and determine the appropriate optical exposure conditions, photoresist, chemical and other consumables according to the process requirements of the product;
3.Coordination and cooperation of cross-departmental plans to solve problems together and improve the yield, so as to achieve the company's operational objectives;
4.The new process is introduced into the machine and the process evaluation and execution plan management;
5.Work with suppliers of equipment and raw materials to improve and upgrade technical quality and reduce costs.

任职要求：
1、硕士或以上学历，理工科专业；
2、硕博士六年及以上或大学本科十年及以上光刻制程,设备,制造及开发相关工作经验；
3、良好的中英文沟通和表达能力。


Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
2.Work experience: Master/ doctor degree with more than 6 years or bachelor degree of 10 years experience in photolithography process, equipment, manufacturing and development related work experience;
3.Good communication and expression skills both in English and Chinese.
