职责:
管理与开发现有轮胎大客户的业务,驱动销售增长,达成销售指标。
制定并执行客户战略与行动计划,建立并保持与客户中高层的良好关系,推动在客户端的各种有助于业务发展活动(路演、培训、研讨会等等)
目标产品和方案的持续有效推进,确保在客户端的品牌入围与指定工作。
识别并拓展潜在业务机会,承担重要项目的项目管理职责。
支持区域销售在目标潜力客户的业务的开发工作。
保持与国际总部对口同事的日常沟通,相互间及时传达信息,确保高质量的跨国合作与协调。
按时递交必要的工作文档(工作报告、项目管理报告、应用案例、拜访报告等等),定期的向上级与公司管理层汇报与反馈。
岗位要求:
3年以上电气、机械、及自动化领域内的销售经验或客户管理经验;有轮胎行业及相关行业工作背景或经验的优先考虑。
电气\自动化\机械专业背景。
良好的业务导向意识与沟通能力。
善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。
基本的英语口语能力,良好的书面英语能力。
适应差旅。
教育: 大学本科或以上学历
Responsibility:
Manage and develop tire industry Key Accounts business; drive business growth up and achieve sales target.
Develop & implement account strategy & plan, setup senior management business relationship with customers, drive marketing activities/initiatives at customer sites (Road-show, Training or Seminar, etc.)
Promote target product & solution, approach specification work at target customer side.
Identify and develop business opportunities (MRO & Projects), take lead on project management on important projects.
Guide and support local sales team to develop potential business, switch out competitors.
Keep smooth communication with HQ interface corresponding to global key accounts, make sure for good quality global cooperation
Manage and deliver document work on time(working report, project funnel list, case study, industry solution, etc.).
Requirement:
3 years sales or key account management experience in tire industrial field.
Electric & automation background; knowledge of sensors will be better.
Good business sense, understand customer focus.
Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship handling ability and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in both written and oral English
Be adapt to business travels
