Assist with installing customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment Complete required job documentation, safety training and procedures for processing parts Satisfy the company’s and customer’s on-site requirements, including safety, environmental Train junior engineers on site-related safety, troubleshooting procedures, and developing a customer-service mindset Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the company
Bachelor’s degree and above in electronics, automation, engineering technologies, or equivalent work experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum and/or thermodynamics Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details Good English communication skill Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
