1. Take charge of the overall work of the purchasing department and implement the company's purchasing strategy, policy and system 2. Lead the purchasing department to complete the procurement tasks timely according to the department's responsibilities and ensure the normal operation of production 3. Develop and maintain relevant regulations of the department, and supervise their implementation 4. Participate in the selection, inspection, certification and assessment of suppliers, establish a complete supplier management system, and regularly update the qualified supplier list 5. Reduce unnecessary expenses to ensure maximum supplies with effective funds and maintaining an efficient inventory level 6. Responsible for and assist the coordination and communication between the department and financial department, storage department, production department and other departments and leaders 7. Keep to maintain a clean and good relationship with suppliers and establish an equal and mutually beneficial supply and demand environment in the process of purchasing Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above. * Good experience of purchasing in mechanical industry. * Good technical knowledge of mechanical products is preferred. * Good English both orally and in writing. * Excellent in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Good background with ERP system. * Know how to use AutoCAD on a basic level. Able to read drawing.
