1.Gather Manufacturing requirements ,Engineering has to comply with, during product specification and design and Explain them to Engineering. 2.Play key role of Technical Transfer receiver, work closely with TT in different design locations for the new project. 3.Improve the manufacturing level in production process(Valve Adjustment,assembly,painting,packaging) 4.Optimization of production equipment, tooling, and turnover vehicles 5.Optimization of production line layout 6.Review of new project CGR and summary of participation in FAI 7.Review of technical process documents before the start of production, whether the conditions for start-up are met 8.Receive and send for technical requirements such as documents, drawings, etc. 9.Solve and analysis quality problems in process 10.Measure the method time, spent time, calculate the production capacity, identify the bottleneck of the production line; 11.Perform P-FMEA. 12.Participates to R&D programs as production representative. 13.Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes. 14.Implementation of APSYS. 15.Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: documentation, workstation definition / update. 16.Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering preferred. 2.Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background 3.Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions. 4.2 to 5 years’ experience in the railway industry preferably 5.Technical experience of line balancing, Lean Manufacturing 6.Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…) 7.Familiar with management tools: VSM,FMEA, 5s, layout etc 8.Good command in MS Office (EXCEL) 9.Test standard method time 10.Having IE or Lean practice experience 11.Experience in painting is preferred 12.English appreciated 13.Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics
