This position is based in Qingdao and responsible for planning, supporting and implementing PLS-M sales activities to achieve annual business goal based on current PLS-M business, such as SPE, DGT, Material, valve certification and so on.
Job Responsibilities 1. Develop PLS-M business with new customers not only limited in Shandong through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); 30% a. Search for potential customer information and follow up potential needs based on investigation of customer’s data and market trend; b. Collect competitor’s information; c. Create business opportunity by visiting client, exploring internet, investigating relevant cooperation platform, visiting or take part in exhibition, organize seminar and so on; d. Respond to and follow up customer’s call in enquiry; e. Extend cooperation platform with relevant association or industry organization; f. Prepare quotation or bidding documents according to company rules and negotiate contract term include price with client based on the instruction of related business line managers; g. Prepare and confirm contract with customer; h. Help in new business development or new area PLS-M business development and achieve relevant task which is assigned by reporting manager. 2. Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and complete assigned task;10 % 3. Help sales manager to enhance customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;10 % 4. Cooperation with other local PLS-M sales to take care all PLS-I clients which you are responsible for, especially those clients in Liaoning area. 10% 5. Collect market information actively and supporting marketing activities, such as promotion, seminar;10 % 6. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress, monitor related progress of contract or project and report problem immediately if necessary;10 % 7. Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager.20 %
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Material, Boiler, Business or other related discipline; 2. At least 5 years sales / marketing experience in industry field such as Pressure vessel, Electric or Electronics, etc.; 3. Goal-oriented, initiative and self- responsible; very good business sense; 4. Good communication and sales skill; 5. Aggressive and self-motivated; 6. Good command of English; 7. Willing to travel; 8. Knowledge in pressure vessel products certification and testing is preferable.
